Grant's comments on Jarvis seem to be right on the button

He's one of those who can look lazy without necessarily being so. He has good spells, then "rests" a bit.

He's not a lad anymore, he's finally filled out and finished growing. He's got all the attributes bar pace and needs a decent run in the side, preferably a winning side or at least one which gives him some service.
