I just think Deano has (is) comes in for a load of stick, and I have nothing but positve memories of the guy eg Man U at home, and his face of dispair at QPR away when we got on their backs.
As for the others you mentioned

a) loved him to bits (Ipswich away)
b)Always loads of energy and commitment
c) Technically very limited never anything more (at best) than an average fizzy league striker.
