Chances are, winRAR will know what to do with them straight away - open one up with WinRAR and see if you get an "extract" option, if you do, happy days, extract the files.
You'll probably get some kind of disc image. I got a .bin file and a .cue file. Together they represent a CD's content.
If you get a disc image you can either burn it to CD (I use Nero for burning CDs) or mount it in a virtual drive (That's something like CloneCD or PowerISO).
