FM07 Help for a semi-retard needed

Ok, so i downloaded my dodgy copy from Bit-TOrrent, I have downloaded Winrar.

What do i need to do now to get it to work?

I know you have to mount something using some other programme then gat a new exe file from somewhere but i am a bit thick and confused and need some help!!!

Anyone know how its done?
