Wigan have ?25m to spend but they can't find anyone to go there. We might have ?5m but any player worth ?1.5m upwards will fancy their chances of going to a Prem club so we'll be looking at the ?500k to ?1m bracket. Which means that while adding depth they're unlikely to be much better than what we have in most positions.
