there's too much change within the team. You need a modicum of stability, and starting a season with more than half your team from last season gone is not going to be a recipe for success.

New bods take time to gel, and the most important thing we need is to get off to a flier. We cannot afford to dick about for two or three months getting the team to gel together.

Greeno, Helveg and Francis are the most likely to be leaving between now and the start of the season. You can bet though that Worthy will have moved heaven and earth to retain some sort of stability to the team.

We're in a process of building upon, not demolition and total re-build (that's the scummers job).
