I'm with Mrs Hawes. I never got into the Birthday Party.

Mate of mine is a massive Bad Seeds fan, and also loves Birthday Party - went around singing Release The Bats for ages until we beat him to stop.

He also likes Blixa Bargeld's (spelling alert) Einsturzende Neubauten, which is lost on me too. If I spelt that right I'm awarding myself a biscuit.
