Started Well First Season....

Playing 4-4-2, albeit with lots of injuries. Current choice starting XI is:

Gallacher
Halford (took a pay cut to come here!)
Drury
Shackell
Jarvis, Rossi (a star!)
Etuhu
Hucks
Jarvis, Ryan (top scorer)
Hayter
Saffri
Croft

...crusing along in 3rd at one point, but, from mid-November onwards, disastrous set of results. Anyone got any formation suggestions?
