Don't you find his candidness and honesty refreshing?

It's very clearly black and white with him, and everyone knows it. Everyone knows where they stand. He may be telling some players things they don't want to hear, but he's being nothing less than straight with them. As someone else posted in this thread... it's a process that will sort the wheat from the chaff... who wants to knuckle down and play for the yellow and green, and those that are here for the payday.
