And here's another shocker. Hughes can be a key member to that end. He has passion and commitment and energy. The standing ovation he got on Sat, when he left the field meant a whole load to him.
Does anyone remember the early days for Malky? Until we understood his commitment and his other qualities he was universally condemned for his lack of skill.
As Hughes audibly shouted last Sat "'king sort it out!"!"!!"
