Maybe it's got a short notice period in it, so cheap to sack him

Surely no-one would be foolish enough to agree a 12 month rolling contract, would they? Would they? Oh.

And maybe they were tempted to get rid by the sudden availability of a legendary ex-player with huge management experience, who has before taken over a relegation-threatened club and led them to the play-off finals and then to be champions?
