Anyone know when the capacity of the ground is increased?

Looking at the figures of average attendance being almost the same as highest attendance (as someone else pointed out) it is painfully obvious we need an extra 5000 capacity. The teams with the most money tend to be the most successful these days. With an average attendance of 30,000 I don't think it would be long until we made a return to the premiership.
