Is it good to play him out of position though?

He could have a mare, lose his confidence and/or have the crowd on his back every time he plays form then onwards, a bit like what has happened to Henderson through Worthys persistance of playing him out of position on the right wing. Im all for playing youngsters, but lets give them a chance in their preffered position!
