He 'almost' lost me...

when he said something along the lines of 'it's good to be home'. Yeah he may love the place but he was only here two seasons so to claim Norfolk as home seems a tad patronising and as you say a case of making sure he says the right thing.

Having said that, I'm pleased with the appointment.
