I must say finally I fit the tracksuit pants!!! :)

Delay for 2 hours on the plane so it cost me cannot catch the coach from Heathrow to Norwich on time on last Friday night, go to Loftus Road and saw we throw away the advantage again, but had to admit their goalscorer Rowlands created all sorts of problem for us, Shacks was brilliant at the back, and I spent nearly 7 hours to watch football yesterday!

Today morning when I go to the training ground, there are no training there! So I got back to Canary Store and start to do the serious business, and I was so pleased I finally can fit the tracksuit pants!!! Thats means, I have really lost some weight during last year! DELIGHTED!!! :)
