I think we'll spend big (ish)

it will be clear by jan that we have a relaistic chance of going down unless we do.
Even if things pick up a bit with earnshaw likely to leave it will be obvious to a half wit that we're far from safe.
I wouldn't rule out the playoffs if grant does a good job but we're very real relegation candidates right now. Our defence is a total shambles we have no depth and our only goal scorer could be off in jan.
