(anyone read it-excellent read!)
He bangs on and on throughout the book about what a great team spirit there was at Norwich during his playing days and how it contributed so much to their success-Iwan is the same in his, great team spirit and feeling of camaraderie, good dressing room, everyone got on famously...
...does anyone think that we have lost that, big time? I do wonder if, after we got promotion, the influx of players like Helveg and Johnson on big wages, plus the departure of Malky and Iwan-even Hucks said the players that "got us up should have a chance"-knocked that a bit and we have never really recovered, especially with loads of transient loan players coming in who wouldn't have mixed anyway. Would seem to me that Granty needs to get the dressing room and the squad focused and "together" again, Nigel Reo-Coker says he is a great "man manager" which is a good thing. It would be great to see and "feel" the old NCFC team spirit again, as it does seem splintered at the moment.
