Ok then, let's have everyone's ideal management team

Obviously with Peter Grant as manager, I would like to see the following appointments:

Assistant Manager - Martin Hunter. He deserves this position in my opinion and I believe he will do a good job. Not really part of the NW era and still settling into the Club after a promising start. He's also been number 2 at Stoke and Bradford so he knows the role well.

First Team Coach - Ian Crook. Would be a great appointment. He's a very highly rated coach within the game and is passionate about NCFC. In this role his lack of recent involvement in the English game would not represent a problem.

Coach/Reserve Team Manager - Iwan Roberts. This guy has surely got to be involved? He's got his badges and is desperate to learn. Not ready for the top job but this would help his development no end and hopefully one day will see him be number 1.

It's harsh on Doug Livermore and Keith Webb as they have been great servants to the Club. But now really is the time for a fresh start.

But it wont happen of course, there's no way the club will change it that much.
