Alan and the Twin Towers conspiracy

Its not correct to say that the towers were designed to withstand a 707 attack. In fact the design didn't allow for an aircraft collision but they did 'consider' it. This is totally different. The risk was considered but discounted as being less credible than the Empire State building as air traffic control was more accurate and efficient.
