One thing I did enjoy reading somewhere was about Atta

It's reported he rang some of the others up the night before and said something about how he hoped they'd all enjoy their pure virgins, when they are covered in jet fuel melting away

Interesting to read how he was just a pure mercenary, never laughed or smile, wasn't particularly religious, just had basic belief. He did the attacks cos he believed the West had killed and slaughtered too many of his own people

I know it's not a popular view, but it is so understandable to me why extremists hate America so much. Especially as they never cease to come back and make everything worse
