A healthy dose of scepticism wouldn't do you any harm.

Lots of people think the Moon Landing's were faked: they weren't.

These 911 conspiracy theories have been debunked pretty thoroughly elsewhere, but it doesn't stop people sending letters to the widow of Pentagin Airliner pilot's telling her that her husband is alive and well on a Pacific Island.
