The new manager has to sort the midfeild out and get a new CB

Etuhu, and Safri are both very good midfielders when theit heads are right. If Grant can sort them out we will reap immediate dividends.

I would also be looking serioulsy at another left back because I thought Drury was at fault for 2 of the goals yesterday!
