I am starting o welcome the appointment of Grant, something tells me that he will add

steel to our team, we clearly will score alot & Grant's forte is defensive midfield & as someone posted earlier it is easier sopping goals than scoring them. We desperatly need a decent centre half or 2 a leader on the pitch & we need to play 4-4-2 or 4-4-1-1. Ia m sure Grant despite inexperience will make us more difficult to score against. OTBC
