You're right though, Grant could do no worse than dropping the rest of the team in place of the youth team. Even in our darker days we relied on our young players; Eadie, Bellamy, O'Neill, Cureton, Mills, (well...), Green, all came up through the ranks. We used to be a football factory for the Premiership clubs to pick their talent, long gone are those days.
