what is it with Tilson?

Okay he's done well with Southend but it proves nothing. There's a risk with any manager, Grant included, but why do you think that Tilson would've been better than Grant? Tilson lack of dealing with players in the top two divisions would've been worrying where as Grant has knowledge and understanding of the sort of players we'll need. I'm no more certain than the next fan that Grant is the answer but all this wittering on about Steve Tilson is bizarre.
