I agree. I think it is more the case they could see the potential in Grant and the fact that he could work closely with the board, like Worthy did.

Grant is here to stay too, he won't be gone at the 1st sign of trouble or success. He was very popular at Bounemouth, they did well with him and O'Driscoll (I used to catch the odd Cherries game if the Canaries away game was too far away, when living in Southampton)
