When can any football club have a 10 year plan?? Unless there is a constant supply of multi millions to spend in every transfer window.

I think you are a bit confused about the resources Norwich actually have. You can't just go and blow it all on a 'big named' manager who will fall out with the board when there requests for transfer fees are turned down.

Its got to be steady progress in building a team, with a manager who will stay loyal to the cause. Team's win leagues, as Wolves showed last year ??? and big named managers, a lot of the time, don't.
