If you don't mind having one subscription, and watching whatever is on the box downstairs.

...whilst upstairs, the easiest way to run it is to run a co-ax lead from the Sky box output up to either the TV upstairs, or the signal booster in your loft. Means if you have more than one TV upstairs, you can output it to any of them if they are connected to the amplifier.

That's the set up I've got. Saves me a tenner a month on Sky Multiroom.
