Crook, our best midfielder in the last 20 years?

In the late 80's, a friend had organised a trip to Trowse to watch the team train.
Went along, looking forward to seeing my idols, and as an impressionable 14 year old was shocked to see Ian Crook park up in his new shiny car, swing his legs out, and stubbing out his fag with his shoe, then bamboozling everybody with his passing skills in training.
COOL. I can play like a God AND smoke!

I ended up smoking like a God, playing like a t**t, and looking like Peter Crouch's smaller brother.
Anyway, bit of a poll......
Ian Crook is the best midfielder City have had in the last 20 years.
He beats Goss, Phelan, Townsend, Milligan, Mulryne, Francis, Safri etc.
Any arguements?
