Wouldn't of chose either of them...

Bowen/Crook patnership would of been the very least I would of accepted...

I wanted somebody who definetely has the ability to pick out class or effective players from the lower leagues and the knowledge to build a team with them...

Somebody proven at doing that... Cotterill, Newell, Tilson or Paul Simpson
