Quite Pleased

Could have been better (Tilson Curbishley), could have been worse (Robson, Blackwell) but all in all I am quite happy with the appointment of Grant.

His attributes have all been mentioned lower down the Board so I won't dwell on those. I would like to say that the job of the Board does not end with his appointment. They need to work hard to give him the funds to strengthen in the January transfer window. Our squad is painfully thin and nobody would be able acheive anything with that collection.

Hopefully, he might be able to prise a few players away on loan before January.
