Anyone remember Darren Beckford's hat-trick for Norwich v Everton
in around Feb 1992???
On that day, Dave Stringer was in Scotland on a scouting mission...........scouting a certain P Grant!
He never came because of an injury at the time, eventual midfield reinforcement for the record being Gary Megson the following summer, which was then the start of the Premier League.
