5 reasons why Peter Grant is a good appointment

1/ He's young & hungry for success - he knows that this appointment is crucial for his future managerial career if he has any intentions of managing at the very top

2/ He has enthusiasm and charisma - no more sitting in the dugout looking glum, he'll be out there kicking ass if it's needed

3/ He wants to play high-tempo, attacking, passing football - look at the Bournmouth team he coached to promotion & especially the West Ham team he coached to a UEFA cup place last year

4/ He has contacts at the top & the bottom - vital for getting decent players on loan from the Prem & spotting potential in the lower leagues

5/ The usual thickos and scummers on here (lots of new usernames tonight I see...) want him out already - which in my book, means he's probably gonna be great
