I am also dissapointed as i beleived that the board would not take a gamble in making this appointment (which they have done) after taking a massive gamble in keeping NW on and ending up with egg on their faces.

I'll tell you what though if this appointment doesn't work out and Grant fails the consequences could be dire for this club. It could also mean bye bye Earnie in January then also watch the season tickets sales fall as many people realise the level of the clubs ambition.
