He's the complete opposite to Worthy

Which I think is a very good thing. Someone to give us a bit of fire again, and stand on the touchline balling and yelling, reminding the players if they don't play up to his standards they'll have hell to pay once they're in that dressing room.

Could be a good appointment. Then again, might not.
