Give him a chance. Worthington had a s**t track-record before he got the job, and whatever his recent failings, he still achieved more at the club than any other recent manager.

Bruce Rioch had big success as a manager at Bolton and Middlesbrough, and did okay at Arsenal (bought Bergkamp), but was ultimately s**t at Norwich.
