more third hand info if you're interested

Got this one from my barber who was talking to a plumber that did some work for Nigel a few weeks back,
Now I didn't believe this to start with, however this bloke told him about Jarret being pretty much done and dusted and he'd sign on the 1st July before it appeared in the papers so may be something to it.
Apparently green's agent has been touting him up and down the country as he has a clause in his contract which means he can leave for ?2.5m but the club have yet to receive ANY offer for him, and green + agent are getting a bit desperate.
Also NW wants rid of Francis as he has been a pain in the ass all season, damaging the team spirit etc Fulham was just a final straw.

Not incredibly interesting stuff but it?s a quiet Monday so I thought I'd pass it on. Got told this on Friday,
