Good idea looking at Southampton's Accounts.

I was looking at Arsenal's the other day...makes our debt look small. They had ?260m of bonds and ?25m debentures. However this year they have completed a ?23.5m land deal and I wouldn't be surprised if they make ?70m+ from redeveloping Highbury themselves. In addition the revenue from the extra seats, boxes and catering facilitates will cover the interest bill and provide about ?15 - 20m for capital repayments a season. So it shouldn't take them long to pay off the debt if they wish.
