I agree with that but

My original post had nothing to do with Worthington - I was just trying to make a case for the board hiring say Crook or Bowen, as a lot of posters further down seem dead against hiring a inexperienced manager and would rather we got Joe Royle!

Dave Stringer was inexperienced as a manager after all...
