Tilson - Great record @ Southend, ambitious, knows the bargain players in the lower leagues, has operated with very limited funds

Penny - Same as Tilson but at a slightly lower level. Wouldn't cost us any compensation, has worked on limted budget and knows the lower league bargains. Very ambitious.

I think Tilson or Penny fit the bill and are big prices tonight. I have backed them both. Just have to wait and see. Cheers
