Against - some reasons

1) BIG waste of money
2) Technology is still not up to the job
3) database can be corrupted
4) why should the state know lots of info about the individual ?
5) Doesnt stop terrorism, e.g., Madrid
6) Doesnt stop crime e.g. burgulars
