I share some of your concerns mate

Although I agree with the earlier post that pointed out that managers can fail or succeed depending on circumstances as much as anything else. Previous track record means very little. Newman could be good - Delia apparently thinks so anyway, and overall she didn't do too badly when appointing Worthy (bar the last 18 months or so). He loves this club and that means a lot I reckon.
