Schools and society are to blame

it used to be the elite who went to Uni, the handfull of bright students in every class, perhaps ten to fifteen percent of the school year.

Now schools tell pretty mucheveryone that they should go to Un, so you end up with a load of people going to Uni and expecting to get a good job when they leave when really they are not intelligent enough for it.

There are not enough top jobs to go around, compared with the amount of Uni students going for them. There are far to many people out there with degrees which are worth f**k all compared to people with on the job practical experience.
