If you brought Iwan on board, I'd want Flem involved, and I would pull all the stops out to get Malky back here

So I'd probably want Malky as number 2 as the carrot dangling, and Flem and Iwan involved as coaches or the reserve set up

There's a reason this team got to the prem, and huge reasons because of it centred around leaders like Flem, Malky and Iwan. If that meant Hunter got the job, but in reality they quartet worked together, then I'd effing love it
