Fair enough.

They are idiots, after all. I view cyberspace as very, very different to real life, though - I can't really whip myself up into a rage about people I encounter through the Internet (unless they really touch a nerve with a statement about me personally, which they're unlikely to do as they don't know me), whereas in real life I can't bear to be around someone I don't like, even momentarily.

So I wouldn't go down the pub with Trophy Polisher, obviously. But on the Net I don't mind hearing his "opinions" or engaging with him. Although I prefer signing on under an assumed name and satirising him. But there you go.
