I have heard that the only reason the AKM is in a job is because Nigel likes him and he is well in with the players ( he is often about town with Dickson and Colin).

Terry Postle doesn't think much of the guy as he never does much work and just hangs out with the players. Nigel never used to bollock him though and would tell Terry to leave him alone if Terry got on to him about his lack of work.
