...surely they'll be waiting to see if Pardew gets the sack this weekend.

If he does, then I imagine that WHU will get rid of Grant as well, leaving him open to speak to Norwich.

I can't imagine that the board would want to "poach" him from WHU, and pay compensation for someone who might be out of the door in a few days anyway.
