Remaining Candidates

If the press are to be believed the list of likely candidates for the Norwich job is shortening by the day. Curb's agent has effectively taken him out of the equation, Blackburn don't expect anything to happen re Bowen, Tilson is being strongly linked with the West Brom vacancy.

All of which means that Blackwell and Hunter have moved to the top of the bookies rankings. Penney is still a possibility but he does not seem to be featuring much. I am beginning to think the club may appoint Hunter. You can see the spin the Board now, appoint from within, importance of continuity, and above all else, cheap. I think the Board will go through the motions but I have a feeling they have already made their minds up. Remember, you read it here first.
