knowing him personally in the past i cant see him leaving

Been at Southend all his career and thought he had ruled himself out of the job. Fantastic guy, great training methods, makes the training fun, all about team bonding and sprit which is how he has got Southend to where they are today. Apart from Eastwood they have no starts but something that is priceless is a fantastic team/club sprit
