IMO he would be fantastic for us, his team played with passion and whilst they were direct to some extent his willingness to make changes in the second half suggest a manager keen to make things happen as opposed to wait for things to happen

He's done a fantastic job @ Southend and is exactly the sort of hungry young manager that we should be looking to appoint
